Spritual abode Goloka in Europe too

16 April 17, There is Goloka Dhaam in Europe the topmost spiritual abode in contrast to ever growing hedonistic material chauvinism. Thanks to His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Spiritual Ambassador for this the world where World Wars took place and appears always in the offing that there is a place for peaceful coexistence for the people of all races and faiths.

Sri Sri Radhamadanamohan

Developing Krishna consciousness is the solution to all mankind of the present, future and for their salvation, this being given as a mandate to the empowered Srila Prabhupada, initiated earlier by the Lord Sri Caitanya himself five centuries ago.  Among other European countries besides England, Srila Prabhupada focused Germany as the most important center to establish the epicenter for Krishna Consciousness. He always urged to owe a piece of land and build the Hare Krishna temple or install the deity form of the lord only upon owing the building for the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. His vision is always for the permanence.

Goloka Dhaam, Germany

In regard to preaching the Krishna consciousness in Germany one of his disciples, Hamsaduta was very dynamic in his early period and as blessed by His Divine Grace he was, he installed Radha Krishna deity on Sunday 11^th May 1975 and named Sri Sri Radha Madanamohan, though Srila Prabhupada’s sanction was undoubtedly presumptuous.

In a personal epitome of HH Bhakti Gauravani Goswami tittled   Biographies and Glorifications of Srila Prabhupada-Srila Prabhupada and His Disciples in Germany, we can go through the unparallel endeavors of the disciples of Srila Prabhupada during his sojourn in this world, rarely to be seen as such among his grand disciples today. As one of theirs contribution as part of fulfilling the desire and instructions of His Divine Grace, there are a number of Krishna monuments besides Sri Nrasimha Kshetra and Goloka Dhaam in Germany.

GolokaDhama is established in Böckingstraße 4A, in Abentheuer, Germany along side a small river, between high hills of dense fir forest, totally secluded from the hedonistic modern civilization. It’s about two hours car drive from Frankfurt and 4 hours from Amsterdam. There aren’t any villages around, no shops or industrial complexes. A traditional building hosted the temple on the ground floor and caretaker brahmacaris residing on the top two floors. There are two more small buildings to host the guests and administration. Contrary to the Goloka, surprisingly there aren’t cows reared and no farming.

Yet most encouraging is the turnout of large numbers of visitors every day. A group of devotees of Naamhat Boxtel and Breda in Holland drove there for the Sunday feast and could join there with the devotees from Frankfurt and other parts of Germany too. The gathering was more than that seen in such feast in the Asmterdam iskcon temple. A Nepali devotee was voluntarily engaged in cooking that day on 16^th April and made very nice Prasad meal for more than Sixty visitors.

Their Lordship- Sri Sri Radhamadanamohan appear giving the visitors very kind glance as the devotees began sankirtan. Even in the midday, Guruastakam was sang and Srila Prabhupada puspanjali was performed which normally was done in the morning but that adjustment appear sound since the turnout of the visitors is concentrated in midday and could partake in glorifying the spiritual master of the world, Srila Prabhupada. A lecture began by a German man in his devotee dhoti attire and convienced that Krishna Consciousness is the most sublime element for their enduring happiness.
